How do I return an item?

Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase (30 days strictly enforced). Products being returned will carry a 20% restocking fee and buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Email us at, or call 352-279-0324.  An RMA and shipping label will be issued to you within 3 business days, and you can then send the unused item back in the original packaging.   Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible less the 20% restocking fee and shipping cost.

Return Requirements:

  • Product must be in original resalable condition.
  • All electrical parts, electrical motors, tools, and controllers are not returnable.
  • Product must be free from scratches and/or defects.
  • Product must not have been installed or used.
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documents.
  • No writing or labels on the packaging or merchandise.
  • Items received past the 30 days or without an RMA will be disposed of. 
  • Clearance items and special orders will not qualify for return unless defective.
  • It is recommended that you return products in a protective outer box to ensure you receive the full return value less the 20% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.
  • Return freight charges will be deducted from your refund unless the product is damaged or was shipped incorrectly.   If your package arrived damaged, please report it to us immediately.


We will notify you via e-mail of your refund status and amount once we have received, inspected, and processed the returned item.    

We will do our best to process the return quickly.  Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or PayPal account.  If you paid by check please allow an additional 14-21 days for delivery of check via USPS.
