PetesPower stands behind our products and guarantees your satisfaction with every order. If you feel you need to make a return, please ensure that you contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will process your refund as quickly as possible (less 20% restocking and shipping fees).

Return Requirements:

  • Product must be in original, resalable condition
  • All electrical parts, electric motors, special orders, and controllers are not returnable
  • Returns should be free from scratches and/or defects, never having been used or installed
  • Merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and documents
  • Products cannot be returned with writing or labels on the packaging or merchandise
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is mandatory – returns received without an RMA will not be approved for refund or exchange

Process and Timeline:

Step 1 – Make A Request
To initiate your return, email PetesPower returns@petespower.com.
Include your order number, description of product issue, and photo(s) if applicable.

Step 2 – Approval & RMA
Once your return is approved, an RMA number will be issued, and a shipping label emailed within 2 business days.
An RMA number must be present on all returned product labels.

Step 3 – Packing & Shipping
We recommend returning products in an outer box to ensure protection of original packaging materials.
To avoid additional fees, include all original packing, manuals, and accessories that came with your product.
In the event that the product is faulty or shipped in error, PetesPower will pay for return shipping.
For all other returns the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Step 4 – Refunds
Refunds are issued within 2 days after the returned merchandise is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Your refund will be applied to the original payment method (PayPal, Venmo, etc.).
