This device is designed to bring back a bank of batteries that are completely dead in a golf cart, RV, or  boat. Most battery chargers will not turn on to charge the batteries unless they sense a certain level of voltage. This is to protect against accidental shock from charger misuse. The MotiveAider will bring the batteries back up to a level that they can be detected and charged. This device was designed for the golf cart industry and will eliminate those pesky house calls or service calls when golf cart batteries are accidentally allowed to go dead (or near dead).
