Golf Cart Roof Canopy Lowering Kit (fits all carts with 3/4″ support struts) SCRATCH AND DENT

If you need to lower the roof (aka top or canopy) on your E-Z-GO cart, this Drop Top Canopy Lowering kit is just right for you. Works on any cart with 3/4″ roof struts; the most common cart with 3/4″ struts is the E-Z-GO TXT model years 1994-2013.

PLEASE NOTE: THESE BRACKETS ARE SCRATCHED, DENTED, OR BOTH.  

PLEASE NOTE: SOME CARTS HAVE  1-1/4″  or 1″ STRUTS  (we also sell these when available). This kit will only work on carts with 3/4″ struts.

This kit will allow you to lower/raise the roof of your golf cart about 5″ so it will fit in your garage, toy hauler camper,  or anywhere else it is too tall to fit. Includes instructions and mounting hardware.

NOTE:  This project requires above-average mechanical skills.   

The brackets are black powder coated and have been bruised during shipping and storage.   Every bracket will have imperfections from the manufacturing and shipping process but are still fully functional to work with your 3/4″ struts. All required hardware  is included.   Installation requires cutting of the existing struts, so the project has a difficulty rating of 3.9 on a 5 scale.   Other than a tool to cut the existing struts, only standard hand and power tools are required.    Some assemblies and drain gutters must be removed if present.
