Your Delta Q comes pre-loaded with 10 charging profiles (called algorithms). As a courtesy to you, we will program your charger to match your batteries as the default profile. This service is performed free of charge before we ship your battery since it is very difficult for the end user to do without a Delta Q programmer. Programming your algorithm settings will give your batteries optimal performance and longevity.
In the Customer Comments section of the order at check-out, please provide this information which can usually be found on the battery label:

- Chemistry of your batteries (lead acid, AGM, gel)
- Amp-hour rating at 20hr.
- Manufacturer and Model of your battery.
NOTE: If you do not provide the information above with your order, we will ship your charger to you with the stock default program. The charger will still function, but not optimally. We will not be held responsible for any issues resulting from the charger default setting.

The QuiQ 1000 is a highly durable on- or off-board charging solution that operates on any single-phase grid worldwide
with a 93% peak efficiency. The charger can store 10 lab-validated charge profiles for specific brands or amp-hour ranges
of lead acid and lithium motive battery packs, to assist customers in achieving battery charging flexibility. Applications
include aerial work platforms, floor care machines, lift trucks, motorcycles, scooters, and utility vehicles.
