By purchasing this rebuild service, you are agreeing to ship your controller to us at your expense. Once rebuilt, Jason’s Golf Carts will return your rebuilt controller to you at our expense. Within 1 business day of checkout, you will be emailed a form and a “Ship To” address. Please include this completed form with your shipment. Once received, repairs will take 5-7 business days to complete and your controller will be returned via the carrier you select.

Your controller will be covered by a one year warranty against defects.
